Sit a cohort under real conditions
Schools and tutoring centres use Studeous to run whole-cohort mock exams: one form, one sitting, one comparable set of results — with the section detail a department needs to decide what to teach next term.
How institutional testing works
Choose a form and a date
Pick the exam and the practice form your cohort will sit. Everyone gets the same form, which is what makes the results comparable across a year group.
Add your students
Students are added by email. They use the same account afterwards for their own practice, so nothing is lost when the cohort test is over.
They sit it, timed
The test runs on the exam's published section timing, in your room or at home. Answers save as they go, so a school network dropping out does not void a sitting.
You get the cohort report
Section scores and domain-level accuracy for every student and for the cohort as a whole, with pacing separated from accuracy.
Licensing
Institutional access is priced per cohort and per sitting, not as a stack of individual student packages. The price depends on the exam, the number of students and how many sittings you want across the year, so it is quoted rather than listed.
A student who has institutional access keeps their own account and their own history. If they later buy practice for themselves, it is added to the same record.
Data protection
Student results belong to the student and to the school that commissioned the sitting. We do not sell them, and we do not use one school’s cohort data to build comparative rankings shown to another. Read the privacy policy.
