What we provide

Studeous provides practice assessments and question banks. We provide preparation material, not tuition, and not an official test of any kind. A Studeous score is an estimate of your current performance under practice conditions. It is not an official score, it has no standing with any exam owner or institution, and it is not a prediction of any particular future result.

Your account

You need an account to sit a test. Keep your password to yourself: access is sold to one person, and sharing an account is grounds for us closing it. You must be at least 16, or have a parent, guardian or school set the account up for you.

What you may do with our questions

You may use our questions for your own preparation, and a teacher or tutor with an appropriate licence may use them with their own students. You may not republish, resell, scrape, bulk-download or feed our questions into another product, whether or not it competes with ours.

Every question, explanation and score report on this site is our copyright. We take that seriously for the same reason we do not copy from exam owners.

Payment

Prices are charged in euro. The exact amount is calculated on our servers and shown to you at checkout before you pay — the figures shown elsewhere on the site are indicative. Every package is a one-off payment. Nothing renews automatically and we keep no card on file to charge you again.

Refunds

You may cancel and get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not started a paid practice test or opened the question bank. Once you have begun using what you bought, the 14-day right no longer applies, because the material has been delivered. Write to info@testprepeurope.com and we will refund to the original payment method.

If something we sold you does not work — access that never opened, a test that cannot be completed because of a fault on our side — tell us and we will fix it or refund it, regardless of the 14 days.

Access periods

Practice test packages do not expire; a test you have bought stays available until you sit it. Question bank access runs for 120 days from purchase. Renewing before expiry adds to the time you have left rather than replacing it.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. If a fault on our side interrupts a timed section, contact us and we will reset that attempt.

Studeous is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any exam owner. See our trademark notices.
