Every package is a single payment. There is no subscription, nothing renews on its own, and no card is stored to charge you again.

Questions about paying
- Is this a subscription?
- No. Every package is a one-off payment. Nothing renews automatically, and there is no card kept on file to charge you again later.
- How long do I keep access?
- Practice test packages do not expire — a test you have bought stays available until you sit it. Question bank access runs for 120 days from purchase, and renewing early adds to the days you have left rather than replacing them.
- Which currency am I charged in?
- Euro. Prices shown on the site are indicative; the exact euro amount is calculated on our servers and shown to you at checkout before you pay.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes, within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not started a paid practice test or opened the question bank. Contact us and we will process it to the original payment method.
