How we use these names

We name these exams descriptively — to say which test a given piece of our practice material prepares a student for. That is the only reason any of them appears on this site. We do not use them as part of our own brand, in our logo, or in any way intended to suggest a relationship that does not exist.

What we do not claim

• We do not claim any partnership, licence, accreditation, approval or endorsement from any test owner.
• We do not describe our material as “official”, “authentic” or “retired”, because it is none of those things.
• We do not claim that a Studeous score is an official score, or that it will be accepted anywhere as one.

Our questions are our own

Every question published on Studeous is written by our item writers against each exam’s publicly documented specification — the domains it covers, the question formats it uses and the difficulty distribution it describes. No question is copied from, or paraphrased from, a live or retired exam.

Test specifications are published by the exam owners precisely so that preparation material can be built against them. Building to a public specification is not the same as reproducing an exam, and we are careful to stay on the correct side of that line.

If you represent a test owner and believe anything on this site misuses your trademark or infringes your copyright, write to us at our contact page and we will respond promptly. Tell us the specific page or question and what the issue is, and we will remove or correct anything we cannot defend.
